This privacy policy applies to the CHiFouMoi app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Data Cube (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application is designed to be used offline and locally on your device.

  • No Personal Data: The Application does not require any account creation, email address, name, or authentication (such as Google or Apple Sign-In).

  • Local Content: All custom rules, game elements, and emojis you create stay strictly on your device. The Service Provider does not collect, store, or have access to your custom text or codes.

  • Technical & Game Analytics: To ensure the stability of the game and improve the user experience, the Application collects anonymous technical logs (such as crash reports) and aggregated game statistics.

Third-Party Services and Data Processing

To monitor the performance of the Application and fix bugs, the Service Provider utilizes a trusted third-party analytics infrastructure:

  • PostHog: Used solely for product stability, crash reporting, and general game diagnostics (e.g., app crashes, feature usage). No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected. PostHog is configured to anonymize your data: your IP address is not stored, no session recording of sensitive personal data is active, and there is no link between your identity and your game data.

Data Retention and Deletion

Since the Application does not collect personal data or store content on external servers, there is no personal data to retain or delete.

  • Any custom game data or codes you create are stored locally on your device and will be permanently deleted if you uninstall the Application.

  • Technical logs collected by PostHog are fully anonymized and retained for a limited period solely to ensure service stability.

Disclosure of Information

The Service Provider does not sell, trade, or share any user data. Information may only be disclosed:

  • As required by law (e.g., to comply with a subpoena).

  • When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights or your safety.

Children's Privacy

The Application does not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from anyone, including children under the age of 13, as the app operates without user accounts or personal tracking.

Security

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the technical stability of your experience. While no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, our analytics partner (PostHog) uses industry-standard security practices to protect anonymous technical logs.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
