Terms & Conditions These terms and conditions apply to the PuzzVerse app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Data Cube (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.

  1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.

  1. Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.

  1. Changes to Service

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or charge for its services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you.

  1. Third-Party Services

The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. By using PuzzVerse, you also agree to the terms of:

  • Google Play Services / Google Sign-In

  • Apple Sign-In / App Store Services

  • PostHog (Analytics & Session Recording)

  • Supabase (Database & Auth)

  • Railway (Backend Hosting)

  1. User Responsibilities & Security

Device Security: It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone. The Service Provider strongly advises against "jailbreaking" or "rooting" your phone, as it may expose your device to malware, compromise security features, and cause the Application to malfunction.

Connectivity: Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function at full capacity due to lack of Wi-Fi or mobile data exhaustion.

Billing: You accept responsibility for any charges incurred from your mobile provider (including data roaming charges) while using the Application.

  1. User Conduct and Content (Safety Rules)

The Application allows users to interact and share content. You agree not to use the Application to:

  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
  • Post or share content that is offensive, defamatory, or obscene.
  • Engage in any activity that violates the safety of others.

The Service Provider operates a zero-tolerance policy towards objectionable content or abusive behavior. We reserve the right to: Remove any content that violates these terms. Ban or terminate accounts of users who engage in such behavior. Provide built-in tools for users to block and report offenders directly within the Application.

  1. Limitation of Liability

While the Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is updated and accurate, they rely on third parties (such as Supabase for data storage and Railway for hosting) to provide information and service stability. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from service interruptions or reliance on the Application's functionality.

  1. Updates and Termination

The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the Application to be compatible with your specific operating system version. However, you agree to always accept updates when offered. The Service Provider may terminate the use of the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination:

All rights and licenses granted to you will end.

You must cease using the Application and delete it from your device.

The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly. Changes are effective as soon as they are posted on this page.
