Privacy Policy This privacy policy applies to the PuzzleNexus app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Data Cube (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
- Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. To provide a synchronized experience and analytics, the Service Provider requires certain personally identifiable information:
Authentication Data: Email address and name provided via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In.
Account Metadata: Unique user identifiers (UUID), account credentials, and profile metadata.
Application Activity: Puzzle ownership data, completion timestamps, and user-generated content.
Technical Data: Your device's IP address, operating system, user agent, and time spent on specific pages.
- Third-Party Services and Data Processing
To provide the Application's features and improve the user experience, the Service Provider utilizes trusted third-party infrastructures. Each has its own privacy policy:
PostHog: Used for product analytics and session recording. PostHog helps the Service Provider understand how users interact with the Application to fix bugs and improve the UI. This may include recording screen interactions (excluding sensitive input fields).

- Data Retention and Deletion
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application.
Account Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting virgilecaron@datacube.fr.
Automatic Collection: Technical logs and analytics data are retained for a reasonable period to ensure service stability.
- Disclosure of Information
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
As required by law (e.g., to comply with a subpoena).
When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights or your safety.
With trusted service providers (like Railway or Supabase) who work on their behalf and have agreed to adhere to strict confidentiality rules.
- Children's Privacy
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If it is discovered that a child under 13 has provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted from the servers.
- Security
The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding your information. We provide physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards through our infrastructure partners (Supabase and Railway) to protect the data we process.
- Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page. Continued use of the Application is deemed approval of all changes.
