These terms and conditions apply to the CHiFouMoi app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Data Cube (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service.
Agreement to Terms
By downloading or utilizing the Application, you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. It is strongly advised that you thoroughly read and understand these terms prior to using the Application.
Intellectual Property
Unauthorized copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Changes to Service
The Application is provided as a Free service. The Service Provider reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Application at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
Third-Party Services
The Application utilizes third-party services that have their own Terms and Conditions. By using CHiFouMoi, you also agree to the terms of:
- Google Play Services / App Store Services
- PostHog (Anonymous Analytics & Diagnostics)
User Responsibilities & Security
- Device Security: It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your phone. The Service Provider strongly advises against "jailbreaking" or "rooting" your phone, as it may expose your device to malware, compromise security features, and cause the Application to malfunction.
- Connectivity: While the core game functions offline, some technical diagnostics or initial downloads require an internet connection. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if certain features do not function due to a lack of Wi-Fi or mobile data exhaustion.
User Conduct and Custom Content (Safety Rules)
The Application allows users to create customized game elements and share them with others via text codes.
- Local Responsibility: Since the Application operates offline without a central database, you are solely responsible for the content you create and the codes you choose to share with others through third-party messaging services (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Content Restrictions: You agree not to use the custom features of the Application to generate offensive, defamatory, or obscene content. The Application may include automated local filters to prevent the use of inappropriate language.
- No Endorsement: The Service Provider does not host, monitor, or endorse any user-generated text or codes shared between individuals.
Limitation of Liability
The Application is provided "AS IS". While the Service Provider strives to ensure that the Application is updated and functional, they accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, resulting from app malfunctions, bugs, data loss (such as deleted custom games), or your reliance on the Application's functionality.
Updates and Termination
The Service Provider does not guarantee that it will always update the Application to be compatible with your specific operating system version. However, you agree to always accept updates when offered. The Service Provider may terminate the use of the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will end, and you must cease using the Application and delete it from your device.
Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly. Changes are effective as soon as they are posted on this page.
